Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team in Charleville Co. Cork. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across Ireland.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead the Quantity Surveying function across multiple projects.
Provide accurate cost estimates cost plans and cash flow projections.
Manage tendering contracts and project costs.
Collaborate with clients contractors and design teams.
Mentor junior QS team members.

Key Requirements:

10 years experience (chartered or working towards chartership).
Previous experience in a consultancy/project management environment.
Strong expertise in cost estimation contract management and BOQs (ARM4/5 & SOR).
Proficiency in Cubit Cost X and Microsoft Office.
Excellent budgeting negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of BCAR compliance and construction methodologies.
Full legal right to work in Ireland and a valid Irish drivers license.
