Job Summary
We are seeking a Software Engineering TechLeadto provide technical leadership for a product-focused engineering team. This role is intentionally balanced between hands-on development and team halfof your time will be spent partnering with Product and Design to shape requirementsdesign solutions and unblock engineers. The remaining time will be dedicated to individual contributionbuildingandmaintaininghigh-quality software alongside the team.
This is aleadership rolenot a people-management will lead through technical excellence clear communication and ownership rather than through formal performance management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead a software team by setting technical direction and modeling strong engineering practices.
- Partner closely with Product to derive clear actionable requirements and translate them into well-scoped engineering work.
- Facilitateagile ceremoniesand day-to-day execution to keep the team unblocked and focused.
- Design and implement complex full-stack features in support of the product roadmap.
- Review code and designs providing constructive feedback to raise the bar for quality maintainability and scalability.
- Identifytechnical risks and proactively drive solutions.
- Leverage generative AI tools across the SDLC to improve developer productivity code quality and delivery speed.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors ormastersdegree incomputer scienceora relatedfield.
- 5 years of experiencebuilding andmaintainingproduction software systems.
- Familiarity withAngular React Java AWS DockerElasticSearch PostgreSQL REST GitHub Actions
- Demonstrated experienceleadingtechnical initiativesorproject-levelefforts.
- Abilityto lead technical discussions make sound architectural decisions and influence others without direct authority.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product and non-engineering stakeholders.
- Comfort balancing hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience using AI development tools across the SDLC from design and implementation through testing and debugging.
- Strong communicationskills and a bias toward ownership and execution.
