Job Summary
Continental Heavy Civil is looking for a general laborer in or around the Port Charlotte area. Will perform a variety of physical tasks to assist the daily operations at a construction site. Maintain a clean and safe construction site while also supporting the overall project.
Responsibilities:
Provide general labor duties in civil construction.
Demolition
Carpentry
Use of power tools.
Ability to use radios to communicate with other laborers at different locations.
Provide safe passage through and around the work areas.
Standing outside for long periods of time.
Qualifications:
Must be willing and ableto work outside all day long.
Excellent hand-eye coordination skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. withassistance.
Must be willing to perform strenuous consistent physical activity throughout the day.
