The Role: Operations Manager

Were hiring a detail-driven people-focused Operations Manager to help run day-to-day store this key leadership role youll partner with the General Manager and department leads to ensure smooth store operationsfrom staffing and inventory to compliance and customer service. This is the perfect fit for someone with a sharp operational mind who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is ready to help build a new store from the ground up.

What Youll Do

• Oversee daily operations including scheduling merchandising and receiving

• Support recruitment training and team development

• Manage inventory ordering pricing and store audits

• Ensure payroll accuracy and labor budget compliance

• Monitor store appearance cleanliness and equipment functionality

• Help resolve escalated customer concerns professionally

• Track and act on KPIs loss prevention and store performance metrics

• Ensure liquor and safety compliance

What You Bring

• 2 years of experience in operations or retail management

• Strong leadership organization and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with inventory and POS system knowledge

• Serve It Right or TAP certification (or willing to obtain)

• Able to lift 50 lbs climb ladders and work on your feet

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation
