Northwestern Counseling & Support Services Inc. (NCSS) is seeking an Access Clinician to provide solution-focused and trauma-informed treatments to individuals who are experiencing acute distress or recent trauma. A licensed clinician is preferred; however we welcome early career therapists working toward should have experience completing psychosocial evaluations and diagnosing individuals using DSM-IV criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing clinically relevant short-term treatment focused on mitigating the long-term effects of stress or trauma.
- Working with individuals to increase skills to remain safely in their community.
Free supervision towards licensure is provided!

QualificationsMasters Degree
Valid license (Licensed Mental Health Counselor Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Psychologist) to practice in the State of Vermont or be licensure eligible.
