Your new role
Wintringham is seeking a dynamic and proactive Case Manager to join our multi-disciplinary Support at Home team on a part time basis. This dynamic opportunity will work with our in-house rostering team to support clients taking into account their goals interests and preferences to help them make informed choices about the services and assistance theyd like to receive while adhering to their budget.
This flexible role will be required to manage a small case load of clients covering Bendigo and surrounding suburbs.
The position will cover 22.8 hours per week with the workdays being negotiable based on your availability (Monday to Friday) and will run for 6 months.
