KBR is seeking a highly experienced Lead Specialist Product Testing to support PMA231 as a senior maintenance and training courseware developer analyst and subject matter expert for the E2D Advanced Hawkeye (AHE) aircraft platform. This role supports the full lifecycle of Navy maintenance training development from engineering change analysis through courseware design validation and fleet delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep Naval Aviation maintenance experience proven instructional systems design expertise and the ability to lead complex training efforts across stakeholders platforms and delivery systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a lead courseware developer and analyst for E2D Advanced Hawkeye maintenance training in support of PMA231.
  • Conduct maintenance training impact analysis for E2D Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) system upgrades and configuration changes.
  • Analyze aircraft systems maintenance procedures and technical data to ensure training content aligns with fleet requirements and readiness objectives.
  • Develop and maintain Lesson Design Strategies (LDS) including: Training objectives Instructional content Graphics and media requirements ComputerAided Instruction (CAI) and interactive learning components
  • Design develop and update: Instructor lesson plans Trainee guides Knowledge checks exams and performance assessments
  • Support the acquisition modification enhancement and acceptance of Navy training systems including elearning simulators and maintenance trainers.
  • Test validate and evaluate new and updated courseware on Navy eLearning (NEL) and other training delivery platforms to ensure instructional effectiveness and technical accuracy.
  • Collaborate with engineering logistics and training stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure training products meet contractual technical and fleet standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior courseware developers and analysts as required.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma & 5-12 years of experience in Naval Aviation Maintenance Training including curriculum analysis and development. Demonstrated experience developing implementing and refining maintenance training curricula for complex technical systems.
  • E2D Advanced Hawkeye aircraft systems expertise.
  • Proven ability to analyze engineering and maintenance data and translate it into effective training solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • E2D Advanced Hawkeye aircraft systems expertise.
  • Direct experience developing or delivering E2D maintenance and training curriculum.
  • Prior experience supporting CNATTU NAVAIR or PMAlevel training programs.
  • Experience with training system acquisition acceptance testing or fleet fielding.
  • Background in Naval Aviation squadrons maintenance control quality assurance or instructor duty.
  • Familiarity with Navy instructional systems design (ISD) methodologies and fleet training requirements.
