Commercial Management Intern

We are looking for an intern to join our Commercial Management team. The successful candidate will be able to start as soon as possible and able to work up to 16 hours per week including a full day on Fridays.

This is a perfect opportunity for a college Junior looking to get a head start on a summer internship who is able to work part-time now during the winter semester.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Under the supervision of a Commercial Account Manager the Commercial Management Intern will assist the Commercial Management team with a variety of administrative tasks.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Collaborate with Purchasing Sales and Customs teams to obtain necessary documentation for tariff recovery

• Execute EBS price entry

• Assist with timely and accurate cost analysis

• Utilize a variety of system dashboards

• Other duties as assigned.

• Individual efficiency - Effectively managing time and resources so that individual work is completed efficiently.

• Maintaining high level of honesty integrity and confidentiality with respect to company matters.

• Complying with all Company policies and procedures safety regulations company safety policies and safely perform all duties including but not limited to promoting a safe workplace.

WHAT TO BRING

• 3rd year college student majoring in business supply chain international business finance accounting or closely related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work onsite in Zeeland MI.
