Birthday Party Coordinator

• Saturdays: 2-7pm (required)
• Minimum of 2 shifts/week other than Saturdays 2-7pm (required)

• Lead and coordinate birthday pool parties from start to finish
• Ensure a safe fun and organized party experience for swimmers and families
• Oversee pool safety and follow all lifeguarding and facility procedures
• Set up and break down party spaces decorations and supplies
• Communicate clearly with families and collaborate with deck and front desk staff

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong leadership organization communication skills
• Must be comfortable supervising children in and around the pool
• Experience working with children events recreation or customer service preferred
• Reliable availability during required party times

• Paid training provided
• Lifeguard certification is required while employed
  • Courses made available to you for immediate completion
  • You are paid for training time
• Sales & Service Associate training is required
• Ongoing coaching and opportunities to grow within the team/train in other positions
