EduTalent Group are seeking an SEN Teacher to join a specialist education setting supporting pupils with additional needs. This role involves planning and delivering inclusive differentiated lessons developing individual learning plans and working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to support each childs holistic development. You will contribute to a nurturing structured learning environment while promoting high standards and inclusion across the school. Temporary to permanent and permanent contracts are available.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/PGCE) or equivalent; unqualified candidates considered with relevant experience
Experience teaching pupils with SEND or additional needs including autism learning or speech and language difficulties
Knowledge of curriculum pedagogy and assessment strategies tailored to SEND
Ability to create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets
Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to engage with pupils parents and colleagues
Competent ICT skills to support teaching learning and assessment
Flexible collaborative and committed to continuous professional development
Understanding of safeguarding equality and inclusive education best practices
