EduTalent Group are recruiting Teaching Assistants to join a specialist education setting supporting pupils with additional needs. This role focuses on supporting teaching learning and assessment to help pupils achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers the Senior Leadership Team and external agencies to contribute to school improvement and create an inclusive safe and structured learning environment.
Requirements
Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant subject area
GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent
Experience working with children or young people in a school environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to support learning with small groups and individual pupils
Flexible adaptable and willing to undertake training as required
Competent ICT skills for data management reporting and lesson support
Commitment to inclusion safeguarding and promoting high standards for all pupils
Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues pupils and external partners
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands

Salary:per annum
Full-time 38.5 hours per week term-time only
