This Is What Your Role Looks Like

Werelooking for a Creator Marketeer at our International HQ in Hoofddorp: a strategic marketeer creative thinker and natural connector. Someone who lives creator culture builds strong relationships with creators and agencies and turns creativity intobusinessimpact.

You set the strategy build scalable playbooks and work closely with local community marketerscross functionalteamsand agencies to bring that strategy to life.

Your Responsibilities

Shape and execute the international creator and influencer strategy across 6 markets

Act as brand owner for creators safeguarding brand fit tone of voice and long-term narrative

Translate brand and businessobjectivesinto creator-led campaigns and always-on activations

Build and own long-term partnerships with creators and influencer agencies

Support and guide community managers across markets in executing creator activations

Own the operational backbone of the creator ecosystem including contract templates onboarding flows ambassador processes and scalable creator experiences

Ensure seamless integration between organic creator content and paid amplification

Collaborate closely with Brand PR Performance Media and Marketing Analytics

Own KPIs and performance insights to continuouslyoptimizeresults

Who Are You

You combine creativity with strategic thinking and execute with ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Additionally we are looking for someone who has:

4 years of experience in creator or influencer marketing

Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and emerging digital trends

Strategic and commercial mindset with a passion for brand building

Experience building international playbooks templates and frameworks

Excellent relationship-building negotiation and stakeholder skills

Media- and data-savvy comfortable with full-funnel KPIs and measurement

Strong creative judgment and the ability to brief creators without killing authenticity

Hands-on mentality as comfortable building the strategy as rolling up your sleeves to execute it

Structured growth-focused and continuously testing learning and improving

Experience with tools like Sprout Social Stellar or similar

Bachelors or Mastersdegree in marketing commercial or a related field

English; Dutch French German and/or Spanish are a big plus
