This involves analysing workforce trends applying the latest HR strategy long-term workforce planning and improving overall employee experience.We are seeking a strategic and peoplecentric leader to drive Human Capital initiatives shape organizational culture and strengthen our employer brand. This role partners closely with senior leaders to design impactful people programs enhance employee experience and lead cultural and organizational change.
