Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate PRT Hindi (Primary Resource Teacher Hindi) to join our dynamic education team. This role is pivotal in shaping young learners foundational language skills fostering a love for the Hindi language and promoting cultural appreciation from an early age. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the Hindi language and pedagogical strategies tailored to primary-level students (Classes 15).
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate Hindi language instruction across all primary classes (Classes 15).
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum incorporating diverse teaching aids and technology.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations quizzes and formative assessments; provide timely feedback.
- Foster reading writing speaking and listening skills through storytelling poetry grammar exercises and interactive activities.
- Encourage creative expression through essays recitations creative writing and classroom presentations.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support interdisciplinary learning and student well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance attendance and classroom activities.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings school events and professional development programs.
- Promote a positive inclusive and respectful classroom culture that values linguistic diversity and cultural heritage.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Education (.) with specialization in Hindi or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 25 years of proven teaching experience in primary education preferably in Hindi language instruction.
- Strong command of spoken and written Hindi including grammar vocabulary and literary knowledge.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and classroom technology to enhance learning.
- Demonstrated ability to design creative student-centered lesson plans and deliver them effectively.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching young learners and commitment to nurturing their language development.
- Familiarity with national and state-level primary education curricula (e.g. NCERT CBSE ICSE).
- Willingness to participate in school-wide initiatives workshops and continuous professional growth.
Benefits
Salary : 20K-40K (Depending on your experience and Current Salary)
Study Hours Responsibility
Non-Residential Teachers: Mandatory study hours supervision twice a week
Residential Teachers: Study hours supervision 6 days a week
