CORPORATE SECRETARY Responsibilities Management of the incorporation and the administration of the Luxembourg companies Maintenance of the statutory records of the Luxembourg companies Maintenance of Shareholders registers Maintenance of the records of the Luxembourg companies with the Luxembourg R.C.S.
