- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field accredited by the Institute of Civil Engineers.
- Registration/licensing as a professional engineer may be required.
- You may need a minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge.
- Familiarity with design software such as Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation.
- Knowledge of mapping software and photographic software. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high degree of accuracy in calculation and design.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team of professionals working on a project.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time.
