The Opportunity

We are currently seeking Excavator and Grader Plant Operators with a background in NPI works for our Construction Projects working on a 3/1 roster FIFO from Perth.

Safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment on pipeline installation projects. Works include:

Trench excavation for underground pipeline installation.
Pipe handling lowering and placement (lower lay).
Backfilling and trench reinstatement.
Final trim and finishing works.
General labouring with flange assembly and pit installations.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 5 years experience operating excavators on pipeline and/or drainage projects.
Experience operating 8T 36T excavators including final trim capability.
Experience handling pipe using excavators and IT Wheel Loaders.
Strong understanding of trenching bedding and backfilling procedures

Tickets and Licenses

National Recognition of Trainingfor Excavator Grader IT Loader Skid Steer.
HR Licence- desirable
Experience operating Tip Trucks and Water Carts- desirable
