The Opportunity
This is a key support role created to strengthen day-to-day operations as the business continues to grow.
Working closely with the General Manager and operational leads to provide structured support across logistics office coordination and administration. The role is designed to build operational resilience providing backup capability improving processes and ensuring nothing is missed.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal documentation and record-keeping
- Maintain regulatory and compliance files
- Assist with contract and supplier administration
- Support onboarding of new staff and contractors
- Manage general office coordination and facilities requirements
- Provide backup support for order processing and dispatch
- Assist with inventory coordination and stock reconciliation
- Support cold-chain compliance processes
- Liaise with suppliers and freight providers
- Assist with product documentation and batch records
- Document and improve internal processes
- Provide structured support across key projects
- Act as short-term cover for logistics or office management functions when required
What Theyre Looking For
- 3 years experience in an administrative operations or office coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working in regulated or process-driven environments
- Confident using Google Workspace and Microsoft applications
- Clear communicator able to work independently
- Calm under pressure with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience in medical pharmaceutical or healthcare environments is highly regarded but not essential

- Compliance documentation is organised and audit-ready
