Admissions Coordinator - Part-Time
White Haven PA
Starting Hourly Pay: $27.00 an hour

Responsibilities
Client Admissions & Guidance
- Conduct consultations intake assessments and make placement recommendations.
- Provide clear information on program options costs and admissions requirements.
- Submit insurance verifications and authorizations.
- Deliver a high-quality supportive experience to families throughout the process.
Sales Marketing & Referral Development
- Generate and nurture leads to support census and revenue goals.
- Build relationships with referral partners mental health providers and treatment facilities.
- Represent Embark programs and communicate their value to families and partners.
- Participate in marketing/outreach activities as needed.
Operations & Compliance
- Manage and process admissions efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain detailed admissions records and track key performance indicators.
- Answer calls for specialty programs with a goal of <8% missed-call rate.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with admissions clinical marketing revenue cycle and operations teams.
- Support on-site teams with lead management and enrollment goals.
- Engage in ongoing training and process improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience ideally in behavioral health.
- Strong communication relationship-building and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of behavioral health services insurance processes and referral networks.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledgeable of industry trends marketing strategies and consumer psychology.
- Reading writing and comprehension.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ability to forge meaningful connections with clients.
- Knowledgeable of private pay and insurance funded reimbursement of care.
- Knowledgeable of treatment interventions offered and performed.
- Knowledgeable of diagnoses and familiarity with level of care criterion.
