WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experiened Front Desk Lead to oversee the front desk operations at our this role you will be required to greet and welcome guests tend to their questions and complaints manage booking and appointment schedules ensure that the reception area is professionally maintained. To be a successful Front Desk Lead you should possess strong time management and organizational skills along with memberhsip experience. A top-notch front desk lead should provide exceptional customer service and strong leadership skills for cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales retail sales and booking clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service we would love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage front desk operations
Increase membership sales and retail sales
Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
Book appointments in person or by phone
Contribute to group operations such as inventory maintenance schedule coverage etc

REQUIRED SKILLS:

2 years customer service or retail sales experience
1 years membership sales
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
