Position Overview
The Lead Front Desk Associate is a key sales and leadership position responsible for managing incoming leads driving membership sales and setting the standard for front desk performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment and enjoys coaching others while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
- Proactively follow up on new leads via phone text and email to convert inquiries into booked appointments and memberships
- Confidently present and sell The Lash Lounge membership options and retail products
- Track manage and nurture leads through the CRM system
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales and membership goals
Front Desk Leadership
- Serve as the lead and role model for front desk associates setting expectations around sales service and professionalism
- Assist in training and coaching front desk staff on scripts objection handling and closing techniques
- Support daily front desk operations including scheduling check-in/check-out and guest flow
Guest Experience
- Create a welcoming luxury experience for every guestboth in person and over the phone
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ensure accurate guest records memberships and payments
Operations & Administrative Duties
- Open and/or close the salon as needed
- Maintain front desk organization cleanliness and brand standards
- Support management with reporting on leads memberships and front desk performance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in sales front desk hospitality or customer service (membership-based spa/salon experience preferred)
- Proven ability to sell memberships packages or recurring services
- Strong phone presence and confidence handling objections
- Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and motivate others
- Organized detail-oriented and comfortable working with goals and metrics
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
