Youll collaborate closely with design product and frontend teams to ship features that are elegant under the hood and delightful in the hands of our users.
What Youll Do
Design build and evolve backend services that support our growing suite of userfacing and internal tools
Own key technical projects endtoend from architecture and implementation to deployment and monitoring
Partner with product and design to translate business goals into scalable engineering solutions
Write highquality welltested code using modern frameworks and backend standards
Contribute to thoughtful discussions around system design security and reliability
Help mentor teammates and champion backend best practices
Requirements
5 years of backend engineering experience (ideally in hightraffic or distributed systems)
Strong proficiency with Python (experience with Django Flask or similar frameworks)
Solid understanding of API design database modeling and distributed architecture
Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud environments (Kubernetes experience a plus)
Commitment to code quality documentation and clean architecture
A collaborative mindset you love working crossfunctionally as much as shipping great code
Bonus: an entrepreneurial streak or experience building earlystage products
