TKO StaffPros LLC is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Memphis. This full-time on-site position presents a unique opportunity to lead maintenance operations in the staffing and recruiting industry ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and operational.
As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance activities managing a team of maintenance staff and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role is crucial to maintaining the functionality of our facilities allowing us to deliver exceptional service to our clients. We offer a competitive salary range of $65000 - $108000 annually alongside comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and activities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage repair and maintenance budgets
- Oversee inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Provide training and support to maintenance team members
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- Entry-level experience in maintenance or facilities management
- Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and safety practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus
