Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Oracle OIC SMEwith strong expertise inOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)andOracle SOA/Fusion Middleware. This is a client-facing role requiring deep technical knowledge production support capabilities and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience and be comfortable handling escalations RCA and enterprise integrations.

Candidates must be able to work on vendors payroll.

What Youll Do

Lead design development and support of integrations usingOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Develop and manageOIC workflows and integrationsconnecting multiple enterprise systems
Provide hands-on expertise inOracle Fusion SOA / Oracle SOA Suite
Troubleshoot and debugproduction issues perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
Handle client-facing interactions including technical discussions reporting and escalation management
Support ongoing enhancements performance tuning and optimization of integration solutions
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure system stability and performance
Maintain documentation reporting and technical knowledge sharing

Experience Youll Need

12 yearsof overall IT experience
Strong hands-on experience inOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)development and support
Solid expertise inOracle SOA Suite / Oracle Fusion SOA
Proven experience building complexOIC integrations and workflowsacross multiple systems
Experience supporting production environments and resolving critical issues
Strong experience inRoot Cause Analysis (RCA)and incident management
Exposure toOracle infrastructure componentsand environment configurations
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Ability to manage escalations and provide structured reporting
