DescriptionAs a Sr Payroll Specialist here at Honeywell you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing ensuring timely and accurate payment to our employees. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs implement best practices and drive process improvements in payroll management. As a subject matter expert you will provide guidance and support to the payroll team ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally you will play a key role in driving payroll-related projects and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our payroll operations.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage endtoend payroll processing including data entry calculations and disbursements
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries wages and benefits to employees
- Provide guidance and support to the payroll team ensuring compliance with payrollrelated laws and regulations
- Drive process improvements automation initiatives and technology enhancements to optimize payroll operations
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of US payroll processes laws and regulations
- Experience with payroll software and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
