The Mission We are seeking an experienced clinical professional to provide dedicated 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP Principal aboard a private superyacht. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine advanced nursing with a luxury maritime lifestyle. The vessel follows a strict summer itinerary through the Mediterranean stopping at elite locations such as Ibiza Marbella Monaco and the Greek Islands. Your primary objective is to manage the Principals medical needs with precision and discretion while ensuring their comfort at sea.
The Team You will be part of a sophisticated medical infrastructure. The onboard team is directed by a Lead British Doctor and supported by resident Physiotherapists. You will collaborate with a Western-trained nursing cohort ensuring that clinical standards match those of a high-end private facility.
The Safety We prioritize the sustainability of our medical staff. To prevent fatigue and ensure optimal patient care we utilize a double-nurse shift system. This ensures you have defined working hours and sufficient downtime to recharge and explore the ports of call.

Requirements
Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strictly required.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years in Acute Care settings (ICU ER or A&E) is essential to manage the medical complexity of the role.
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English fluency.
