About Our Client
Our Client operates a busy high-volume fuel service station with a convenience store and coffee outlet. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations staff management stock control safety compliance and financial performance of the site.
This role suits a hands-on retail manager who thrives in fast-paced environments such as fuel stations FMCG retail forecourt operations or convenience retail.
The Role
As the Site Manager you will oversee the complete operation of the fuel forecourt convenience store and coffee outlet ensuring the site runs efficiently safely and profitably while delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for operations management team leadership fuel and retail stock control cash management sales performance and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Required Skills:
Minimum Requirements Matric Minimum 5 years experience in fuel retail forecourt management FMCG retail or high-volume retail operations Proven experience managing staff in a retail or service environment Strong experience in stock control fuel management and cash reconciliations Proficient in Microsoft Office POS and inventory systems Key Skills Fuel management Forecourt operations Retail stock control and inventory management Cash handling and financial reporting Staff supervision and performance management Customer service and complaint resolution Health and safety compliance Problem solving and decision making
