Job Summary

The Mission You will assume the role of primary caregiver in an exclusive 1:1 clinical mandate for an 80-year-old VIP principal. This is not a standard ward role; it is high-level private medical management amidst the worlds most luxurious settings. Your "office" will be a 90m mega-yacht following a strictly Mediterranean itinerary cruising between Monaco the Greek Islands Ibiza and Marbella. You are responsible for ensuring the Principals health dignity and comfort while facilitating their lifestyle at sea.

The Team You are never alone. You will operate within a robust clinical hierarchy led by a Lead British Doctor and supported by specialist Physiotherapists. You are joining a Western-trained nursing team chosen for their elite clinical skills and discretion.

The Safety Burnout is not an option. We operate a strict double-nurse shift system ensuring you have adequate downtime to rest and enjoy the vessels location. Patient safety and nurse well-being are equal priorities.

Requirements

Requirements

Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is non-negotiable.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in high-acuity Acute Care settings (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English fluency.
Attributes: High emotional intelligence absolute discretion and the ability to blend into a formal household/yacht environment.
