Job Summary

The Mission: Provide dedicated 1:1 medical support for an 80-year-old VIP client aboard a luxury vessel. This position offers a dynamic work environment exclusively within the Mediterranean featuring an itinerary that includes the pristine coasts of Mallorca the luxury ports of Marbella and the scenic Algarve. You will balance clinical precision with the discretion required in high-net-worth circles.

The Team: Join a sophisticated medical unit led by a Lead British Doctor. You will be supported by a team of Physiotherapists and collaborate with other Western-trained nurses ensuring a seamless standard of care usually reserved for top-tier land-based facilities.

The Safety: We prioritize fatigue management and clinical excellence. You will operate within a double-nurse shift system guaranteeing appropriate rest periods and ensuring that patient care is shared effectively without compromising safety.

The Process: Efficiency is key. Candidates will undergo initial vetting and interviews via a secure online platform streamlining the hiring process before deployment.

Requirements

Requirements:

Education: Western-trained Registered Nurse with a BSN degree.
Experience: 4 years of proven experience in High-Acuity areas (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English is strictly required for team communications.
Mindset: Adaptable professional and comfortable working at sea.
