- Be able topropose ideas and activities to answer brand challenges manage client budget and investment strategyacross all media platforms
- Be knowledgeable of the agencys planning tools and framework.
- Drive the client businessand lead projects independently along with team
- Staff supervision training and development as well as serving as a positive role model with a hard work ethic and vigorously reviewing all work to ensure high quality standard
- Manageall aspects of campaigns and day-to-day needs of the accounts handling from briefing through reporting. It will include understanding of clients brief to communication planning leading meetings with clients setting viable objectives and KPIs recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs monitoring campaign progress and reporting.
- Develop and build relationships with clients be the trustedadvisor on account requirements and work.
- Work with media partners across different platforms for ideationnegotiation and implementation as well as working with internal specialist resources and group resources.
- Facilitate cross-team learning and knowledge sharing.
- Mentoring the team and work with them on KPIs and performance appraisals.
- Drive innovative media solutions for set of portfolio.
- Minimum 3years experienceas hybrid media planner.
- Proventrack recordon the execution and development of media and digital strategies for clients
- Ability to work successfully with teams handling multiple projectsand stakeholdersand meeting tight deadlines under pressure
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Strong relationship building skills which include maintaining positive client relationships
- Detailed oriented strong negotiation skills and excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
