Job Summary
TEJ Control Systems Pvt Ltd is looking for a Commissioning Engineer to manage the development integration testing and on-site commissioning of control panels and automation systems. The role involves working on PLC HMI SCADA MCC and LT panels ensuring successful execution and handover at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- On-site commissioning of PLC panels MCCs LT panels and automation systems
- Development modification and troubleshooting of PLC programs HMI screens and basic SCADA
- Integration of control panels with field instruments motors VFDs sensors and drives
- Perform I/O testing loop checking functional testing FAT & SAT
- Coordinate with customers site teams and internal engineering departments
- Troubleshoot electrical PLC HMI and communication-related issues
- Prepare commissioning reports test documents and handover records
- Provide technical support and basic system training to customers
Requirements
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Hands-on experience with PLC HMI and SCADA systems
- Strong understanding of control panels MCCs LT panels electrical drawings & SLDs
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus Ethernet etc.)
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Experience
15 years in control panel commissioning / industrial automation
