Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning coordination and execution of civil construction projects from inception to completion.
Provide technical support during site operations including design verification material specifications and construction methodology.
Utilize AutoCAD for drafting modifying and maintaining construction drawings and technical documentation.
Support project planning activities including scheduling resource allocation and progress tracking.
Conduct on-site inspections to monitor compliance with engineering standards safety regulations and project specifications.
Identify analyze and resolve technical issues through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety protocols and welding standards during site operations.
Collaborate with project managers contractors and other engineers to maintain seamless project workflows.
Maintain accurate records of project progress deviations and corrective actions.
Participate in safety audits site meetings and reporting sessions to ensure project alignment with quality and safety benchmarks.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of project management principles and construction lifecycle processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drafting and design support.
Familiarity with project execution workflows including planning monitoring and reporting.
Basic knowledge of electrical safety protocols and welding standards in construction environments.
Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in technical settings.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented fast-paced construction environment.
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project demands.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required
