Job Summary
Role Purpose:
To support proper receipt storage issuance and reconciliation of materials and finished goods.
A) Raw Materials Store:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in issuance of yarns.
- Conduct daily stock counts where relevant and ensure correct data entry always.
- Ensure proper storage and housekeeping.
- Report shortages damages or discrepancies to the store keeper.
B) Spare Parts Store:
Key Responsibilities:
- Update bin cards.
- Conduct daily and monthly physical stock counts and reconciliations ensuring correct data entry at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and housekeeping.
- Report shortages damages or discrepancies to the store keeper.
C) Finished Goods Store (FGS):
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive socks from the packing department.
- Fill in issue notes.
- Conduct daily weekly and monthly physical stock counts.
- Ensure proper storage and housekeeping.
- Report shortages damages or discrepancies to the store keeper.
Requirements
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Good communication skills Honest reliable and self-driven.
- Good physical condition especially for Raw materials and FGS Store.
- Strong reconciliation and record-keeping ability.
Required Skills:
Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience as a Powder Coating Operator or in a similar manufacturing/finishing role. Knowledge of powder coating processes equipment and quality standards. Ability to inspect components for defects and maintain high-quality standards. Familiarity with production documentation and reporting. Strong focus on safety environmental compliance and teamwork. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Required Education:
Qualifications & Skills:Prior experience as a Powder Coating Operator or in a similar manufacturing/finishing of powder coating processes equipment and quality to inspect components for defects and maintain high-quality with production documentation and focus on safety environmental compliance and aptitude and problem-solving skills.
