We are selecting a highly skilled nurse for a premier medical role aboard a private mega-yacht. You will provide dedicated 1:1 clinical oversight for an 80-year-old VIP ensuring their well-being during an exclusive cruise along the Adriatic Coast. The itinerary for this rotation highlights the historic and scenic ports of Croatia (Dubrovnik Hvar Split) and Montenegro (Kotor Bay Porto Montenegro). This role demands a balance of acute medical vigilance and the polished demeanor required for high-society environments.
The Team
You will operate within a sophisticated medical hierarchy designed for optimal patient outcomes:
Medical Director: A Lead British Doctor responsible for protocol and complex decision-making.
Therapy Team: Specialist Physiotherapists focusing on geriatric mobility and strength.
Nursing Staff: A cohesive team of Western-trained nurses providing mutual support.
The Safety
To ensure the highest level of patient monitoring and practitioner endurance we utilize a Double-Nurse Shift System. You will always be paired with a qualified colleague ensuring safe lifting accurate dosing and structured breaks. There is no lone working in this role.
The Process
Review: Assessment of clinical credentials.
Interview: Secure Online Video Conference.
Offer: Contract finalization and deployment. (No travel required prior to embarkation).

Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western institution.
Clinical Background: Minimum 4 years in Acute Care ICU ER or A&E.
Language: Native English speaker or C1 level fluency is strictly required.
Profile: Adaptable discreet and capable of delivering hospital-grade care in a maritime setting.
