This position transitions you from the clinical environment to a luxury maritime setting. You will be deployed aboard a mega-yacht with a premier Mediterranean itinerary cruising to destinations such as Monaco the Algarve Ibiza and the Greek Islands. Your mandate is to oversee the Principals health and comfort ensuring seamless medical support at sea.
The Team You will be part of a sophisticated medical infrastructure. The onboard team is directed by a Lead British Doctor and supported by resident Physiotherapists. You will collaborate with a Western-trained nursing cohort ensuring that clinical standards match those of a high-end private facility.
The Safety We prioritize the sustainability of our medical staff. To prevent fatigue and ensure optimal patient care we utilize a double-nurse shift system. This ensures you have defined working hours and sufficient downtime to recharge and explore the ports of call.
The Process Geography is not a barrier. The hiring process begins with a comprehensive online interview enabling us to assess your clinical fit and soft skills remotely before any travel is required.

Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strictly required.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years in Acute Care settings (ICU ER or A&E) is essential to manage the medical complexity of the role.
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English fluency.
