Job Summary

The Mission: We are actively recruiting a specialized nurse for 1:1 medical care of an 80-year-old VIP. This role is situated aboard a luxury vessel with a dynamic itinerary through the Mediterraneans most prestigious locations. Your rotation will include the upscale marinas of Monaco the turquoise waters of the Greek Islands and the vibrant coast of Mallorca. You will maintain clinical vigilance while experiencing the pinnacle of the yachting lifestyle.

The Team: This is not a solitary position. You will join a high-performance medical team led by a Lead British Doctor. You will be supported by Physiotherapists and a Western-trained nursing cohort ensuring a robust clinical environment where decisions are shared and professional standards are maintained.

The Safety: We prioritize the sustainability of our staff. To combat fatigue and ensure patient safety we operate a strict double-nurse shift system. This ensures you have defined downtime and support allowing you to deliver acute-level care without the risk of burnout.

The Process: We value your location and time. All initial screenings and interviews are conducted via a secure online platform allowing you to complete the recruitment phase remotely from Madrid before joining the vessel.

Requirements

Requirements:

Education: Western-trained Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science (BSN).
Experience: 4 years of proven experience in High-Acuity settings (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English is essential for team communication.
Profile: Must be professionally presented discreet and adaptable to a rotational lifestyle.
