The Mission
We are recruiting a clinical specialist for a high-priority medical role aboard a private superyacht. Your core duty is the 1:1 nursing supervision of an 80-year-old VIP principal. The vessel is setting a course for the largest and most diverse of the Greek islands: Crete. You will manage the clients health regimen while the yacht navigates the luxury gulfs of Elounda and the historic Venetian harbors of Chania and Rethymno. This position requires a nurse capable of delivering acute-level care while respecting the cultural and social nuances of a high-net-worth environment.
The Team
You will be supported by a Tier-1 medical infrastructure:
Medical Director: A Lead British Doctor who directs all care pathways and emergency responses.
Physiotherapy Team: On-board specialists ensuring the clients daily mobility and rehabilitation.
Nursing Staff: A cohesive team of Western-trained nurses providing mutual operational support.
The Safety
To ensure the highest standards of patient safety and nurse well-being this role operates on a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. You will never be the sole practitioner on duty; a second qualified nurse is always present to assist with transfers medication verification and to ensure you have structured rest periods.

Step 3: Job Offer and travel arrangements. (No travel is required for the interview stage).

Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western-accredited university.
Experience: Essential 4 years of post-graduate experience in Acute Care ICU ER or A&E.
Language: Native English speaker or C1 proficiency is mandatory for effective communication with the medical lead.
Profile: A resilient professional demeanor with the ability to maintain strict discretion in a luxury environment.
