Job Summary

The Mission We are seeking a clinically sophisticated nurse for a bespoke 1:1 care position aboard a private mega-yacht. You will be dedicated to the health and comfort of an 80-year-old VIP Principal ensuring their medical stability while traversing the Mediterranean. This role offers a unique professional lifestyle with a cruising itinerary that includes Monaco Marbella Ibiza and the Greek Islands. Your primary focus is to deliver hospital-standard care within a luxury hospitality framework.

The Team You will be supported by a robust medical hierarchy. The department is led by a Lead British Doctor ensuring clinical protocols are strictly followed. You will also collaborate with resident Physiotherapists and a team of Western-trained nurses creating a supportive and professional environment.

The Safety We understand the demands of 1:1 care. To maintain the highest standards of vigilance and staff well-being we operate a double-nurse shift system. This ensures you have adequate rest and the freedom to explore the yachts prestigious locations during your downtime.

The Process We respect your current commitments. The initial selection phase is conducted via a secure online interview platform allowing you to qualify for this role from Sweden or your current base before any travel is required.

Requirements

Requirements

Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is a mandatory qualification.
Experience: 4 years of postgraduate experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E) is essential.
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is required for effective communication.
Attributes: A calm demeanor high discretion and the ability to adapt to the etiquette of a high-net-worth household.
