Job Summary
The Middle Years Teacher will deliver subject-specific instruction within the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) framework. The role requires a strong understanding of inquiry-based learning conceptual understanding and international-mindedness.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver subject instruction aligned with IB MYP standards
Design units of inquiry incorporating global contexts and interdisciplinary connections
Use criterion-based assessment effectively
Support students academic and personal growth
Contribute to curriculum development and programme evaluation
Engage in school-wide improvement and extracurricular activities
Requirements
Bachelor of Education () or equivalent teaching degree
Valid teaching license/certification from a recognised authority (e.g. OCT QTS State License)
Minimum 3 years of full-time teaching experience
Fluency in English (professional proficiency)
