International Programs Group (IPG) is an independent third-party administration (TPA) team providing claims services for Lloyds of London syndicates domestic insurers self-insured entities and organizations with high financial retentions.
We have an existing opportunity to add a Cyber Claims Examiner to join our growing team!
The successful candidates will be part of a dynamic team that provides quality service to internal and external clients. They will display excellent customer service skills and will be a key contributor to the success of the organization by providing knowledgeable detailed and timely service. Utilizing a desktop model IPG examiners manage claims from start to finish. This hands-on approach ensures that the claim is handled properly and helps offset third-party adjusting costs.

Qualifications & Experience:
While licensing and experience are critical to being able to handle significant examining tasks for a TPA we are looking for individuals with a demonstrated and proven track record of performance. You will have to be strong technically a solid planner and organizer and understand key issues plus provide solid solutions. You will have to be motivated to do this type of work and be excited by the challenges that a rapidly growing organization faces.
