Job Title: Assembly Worker

Primary Purpose and Function
The Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling various styles of finished bi-fold closet doors and sliding closet doors in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail teamwork and the ability to follow established processes to produce high-quality products.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliable motivated and dependable work ethic
Communication Skills
Basic verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
Major Responsibilities
Operate a semi-automated assembly table to assemble products
Assemble finished bi-fold and sliding closet doors according to specifications
Perform visual quality inspections on completed products
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Standing for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance
