Description

Securitas is hiring for Part-Time/Per-Diem Security Officers to keep our clients site safe in Jaffrey NH!

Pay: $21.72/hr

Schedule: Part-time/per-diem (as needed) various shifts PRIMARILY 3rd shift OVERNIGHTS 11 pm - 7 am

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to client facilities.

Perform regular patrols in a retail mall setting to ensure the safety and security of assigned areas.

Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies including medical fire and other incidents.

Enforce security protocols policies and procedures.

Prepare and submit detailed incident and daily activity reports.

Communicate effectively with clients team members and emergency personnel.

Provide excellent customer service to employees visitors and clients.

Conduct inspections and maintain equipment as required.

Assist in risk assessments and proactive measures to enhance security.

Qualifications

Excellent observational and de-escalation skills; able to remain calm under pressure.

Robust experience in customer service law enforcement security and/or military roles are strongly preferred.

Strong communication skills and comfortable with engaging in difficult conversations.

Committed to ethical practices and following all safety protocols always maintaining a safe and respectful approach.

Basic to moderate computer skills required.

MUST be comfortable standing and walking for long periods of time.

Prior experience working in reception or an administrative position is highly preferred.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.

Reliable means of communication and transportation.

Legal right to work in the United States.

Ability to effectively speak read and write English.

MUST have a high school diploma GED or equivalent.

Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting.
