Job Description Summary
The Industrialization Leader PTR Product is responsible for driving industrialization projects related to the PTR product including footprint and tooling adaptation and for supporting the execution of the CAPEX investment plan in alignment with the Power Transmission (PT) strategy. This role will lead the standardization of PTR manufacturing processes and build a strong industrial expert community across the plants.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
In this role you will:
Drive industrialization projects for the PTR product including footprint and tooling adaptation.
Support manufacturing units from preparation to execution of the CAPEX investment plan ensuring alignment with the PT strategy for the PTR product.
Lead the CAPEX approval process for units dedicated to PTR products ensuring alignment with PT strategy and track project execution in accordance with approved premises.
Lead the development and revision of manufacturing documentation; coordinate deployment of standard manufacturing processes in the units including definition of training and coaching where necessary.
Perform regular audits to identify deviations and support the units in implementing the defined standard processes.
Build and coordinate the PTR industrial expert community:
Work as one global team
Identify best practices and share lessons learned
Systematically update standard documents based on process improvements
Follow up the implementation of best practices across units and support technical challenges in new process implementation
Support units in manufacturing optimization and product strategy decisions including:
Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) events to identify and implement further process standardizations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering from an accredited university or college.
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrialization and manufacturing of PTR products.
Ability and willingness to travel (in average 30% of working time).

Basic knowledge of PTR design principles.
Knowledge of Lean principles and tools.
