What you would do as our Administrative Manager
Reporting to the Regional Business Controller as an Administrative Manager youll lead the administrative legal and financial management of the organization ensuring regulatory compliance efficiency in processes and financial soundness in both Spain and Portugal of the company Cemoel S.L.
You would also be responsible for:
Overseeing general accounting for both company codes managing monthly balance reconciliations coordinating monthly and annual closings preparing balance sheets and income statements supervising the full AP/AR cycle managing treasury with accurate cashflow forecasting and controlling and recording fixed assets while keeping systems updated.
Managing the opening and maintenance of bank accounts handling guarantees and leasing contracts maintaining required approvals to operate with clients and official bodies and preparing periodic reports on sales EBIT and project/customer cost control along with any additional reporting required by management or the group.
Coordinating the filing and settlement of taxes in Spain and Portugal meeting public authority requirements consolidating financial information for group companies preparing consolidated statements and ensuring compliance with group policies and internal control procedures such as monthly financial reporting balance sheet reconciliation and reporting in Blika.
Ensuring regulatory compliance in commercial and data protection matters by reviewing contracts and legal documentation maintaining ISO certifications (ISO 9001 ISO 14001 etc.) updating procedures managing KPIs and guaranteeing alignment with administrative legal and financial area needs.
Leading internal and external audits ensuring implementation of recommendations promoting ERP implementation and process automation and leading and developing the administrative team while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 8 years of experience in administrative financial and accounting areas including at least 3 years in managerial positions with a background in international environments and experience in business group consolidation.
Holds a university degree in Business Administration Economics or a similar field; a Masters in Financial Management International Taxation or Compliance is considered an asset and also has a high level of English.
Demonstrates strong leadership effective communication and strategic vision combined with teamwork abilities interpersonal skills analytical capacity decisionmaking skills and a strong resultsoriented mindset.
Shows flexibility innovation and solid changemanagement capabilities along with proven experience in ERP implementation and digital transformation projects.
Can operate effectively in complex and multinational contexts ensuring alignment with organizational goals and contributing to continuous improvement.
