The world is changing in the way we consume products from ownership to usership and DigitalRoute is positioned in the centre of the transition. Because when enterprises pivot to usage-based business models they often make an unfortunate discovery. Their systems werent built to handle the massive data volumes and complexity that usage-based models generate. This causes them to leak revenue and respond too slowly to customer demand. DigitalRoute solves this by creating a real-time usage data layer for enterprises. Our products transform raw usage data into clear information for billing in real time and at high scale.
DigitalRoute is strengthening its focus on telecom and looking for a senior Product Manager to own and grow our telco business. Youll report to the CPO sit in the core Product Management team and be the clear commercial and product owner for the telecom segment.
Your mandate: turn our strong position in BSS/OSS data and the shift to cloud and AI into ARR.
What youll do
- Set and own the telco product vision together with the CPO and turn it into a focused roadmap and clear investment priorities.
- Turn trends in cloud AI automation and real-time intelligence in BSS/OSS into concrete product capabilities and use cases.
- Define and evolve the value proposition positioning and messaging for our telco cloud and AI-enabled offerings.
- Make sure Sales Marketing Product and Customer Success are aligned on the same story and use it in the field.
- Own packaging and pricing for the telco portfolio including consumption-based and cloud models.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive migrations from on-premise to cloud and increase adoption and usage.
- Lead advanced technical and architectural discussions with telco customers and partners on cloud transformation data architectures and AI-driven capabilities.
- Represent DigitalRoute externally in customer meetings industry events webinars and online forums.
What youll bring
- 10 years in B2B software with significant product management experience in the telecom space (CSPs/operators BSS/OSS charging/billing/mediation).
- Strong telecom domain knowledge and deep familiarity with BSS/OSS architectures processes and data flows.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based offerings or cloud migrations in enterprise or telco environments.
- Proven track record of defining and communicating a product vision and turning it into a roadmap with clear commercial impact.
- Experience working closely with Sales and Customer Success on go-to-market migrations and adoption.
- Comfortable and credible in customer-facing work including senior stakeholder meetings industry events and webinars.

- Collaborate well across Product Sales Marketing Customer Success and Engineering and help align them.
- Are customer-focused and curious and turn insights into concrete product decisions.
- Are both strategic and hands-on happy to set direction and dive into details.
- Use data to guide decisions and stay close to business outcomes.
- Handle ambiguity well and bring structure and momentum when things move fast.
