What is the Graduate Development Program (GDP)

The GDP is a two-year rotational program designed to launch your career and accelerate your development within UCB. Across three rotations youll contribute to meaningful projects collaborate with experts and gain a comprehensive view of how our organization works to deliver value for patients.

Throughout the program you will be exposed to different jobs within Sustainability Risk and Corporate Affairs while being fully supported through dedicated coaching from your manager guidance from a mentor and day to day help from a buddy.

Sustainability team in partnership with others drives and catalyzes change across and outside the organization to foster an environment where innovative ideas can flourish while supporting the company to serve patients and society. Leveraging on the experience and expertise they challenge and promote a multi-disciplinary informed approach and act as trusted advisors to advance strategy and make the ecosystem more sustainable.

Youll gain future ready practical & hands-on experience that will allow you to build a strong foundation to pursue a career in Event Stakeholder and/or Project Management while expanding your understanding of a global business while collaborating with teams across multiple regions and functions.

As part of UCBs Early Talent community youll also connect with peers through workshops site visits and networking events that enrich your learning and broaden your perspective.

What you need to join Mandatory requirements

To fully participate and grow in the program you must have:

A recent degree in Business Administration or similar

Early-career status typically with no more than two years of professional experience

Fluency in English

Legal right to work in Belgium
