By joining us as a Senior Lead Specialist Sales Administration you will support the Sales Director and Sales Team in managing Impact Partners vendors and sales organizations through administrative functions related to contract management due diligence checks event management and coordination. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate across various functional teams helping drive growth initiatives and supporting operational pillars that contribute to longterm value creation.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Conduct and approve partner due diligence in checkpoint and ERP Tools (e.g. Oracle SAP) including sanctions background checks and risk assessments.
- Support new appointments renewals terminations and agreement management for local business partners and distributors.
- Align sales targets territories commissions and discount structures with Sales Legal and Management.
- Prepare and release annual and project authorization letters with complete documentation and approvals.
- Support ID setup and account extensions coordinating with internal IT and data teams.
- Prepare reports and presentations arrange executive travel manage reimbursements and track sales staff movements.
- Maintain Sales SharePoint organize meetings/events and trainings record minutes and assist with teambuilding and CSR activities.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in any 4-year course preferably related to Business Administration.
- 2 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service.
- Ability to prioritize multi-task and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Initiative customer focus and commitment to completing tasks within required timeframes.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in management coordination and administration is a plus.
