Description

As aSr IT Analyst Supervisorhere at Honeywell you will lead complex IT projects and oversee a team of analysts using your expertise to provide guidance on IT strategy and drive data-informed decision-making. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining our competitive edge in the aerospace industry.

You will report directly to our IT Manager and youll work out of our Phoenix Arizona location.

In this role you will impact the organization by aligning IT solutions with business objectives analyzing intricate IT systems and identifying areas for improvement and innovation. Your contributions will directly influence the technological roadmap and operational strategies within the Aerospace sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a team of IT analysts providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Analyze complex IT systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact IT projects and solutions.

Travel up to 10% may be expected.



Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 5 plus years of experience in IT analysis project leadership or related roles
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience with IT systems architecture and design
