About the Position
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to service a federal office facility in Paisley Oregon. This position supports a USDA Forest Service office and requires professionalism discretion and consistent high-quality cleaning standards.
This is a long-term stable opportunity with a small business contractor supporting a federal agency.
Work Schedule
- Wednesday after 4:30 PM
- Saturday OR Sunday (flexible)
- Approximately 1015 hours per week
- Work is performed while the building is closed
Duties Include
- Restroom sanitation and disinfecting
- Trash removal
- Office cleaning (dusting vacuuming mopping)
- Lobby and entrance cleaning
- Window cleaning (periodic)
- Carpet cleaning (seasonal)
- Floor waxing/maintenance (quarterly)
- Supply restocking
Must maintain federal cleanliness standards at all times.
Compensation
- $22$24 per hour depending on experience
- Long-term opportunity (base year 4 option years)
Requirements
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening
- Professional demeanor
Preferred
- Experience cleaning offices or government facilities
- Experience with floor waxing and carpet shampoo machines
