We are a high-energy family entertainment trampoline park focused on fun safety and unforgettable guest experiences. Our team-driven culture values leadership accountability and community involvement. Were looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations and drive the parks success.
Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the park including operations staff leadership guest satisfaction safety compliance and financial results. This role requires a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isnt afraid to jump in (literally and figuratively).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily park operations including safety guest experience and facility standards
- Recruit hire train schedule and lead a team of managers and hourly staff
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies procedures and local regulations
- Manage budgets labor costs and financial performance to meet revenue goals
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively
- Develop and execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives
- Maintain a clean organized and energetic park environment
- Lead by example with a strong presence on the floor during peak hours
Qualifications
- 3 years of management experience (hospitality entertainment retail or restaurant preferred)
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong operational organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with scheduling labor control and P&L management a plus
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
- Comfortable in a physically active environment
