IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As the Global Product Manager for HPPA you will be responsible for driving value (Topline enabling Gross Margin and cash) thru portfolio and product optimization as well as actively driving x-functional value chain initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating cross-functionally with R&D supply chain manufacturing procurement and commercial teams to ensure alignment with market needs and strategic objectives.

The cross functional nature as well as a direct impact to the bottom line value of HPPA are a highlight of the role. Responsibilities include:

• Co-develop and execute the global product portfolio strategy including product line extensions into new areas identifying portfolio improvements rationalizations new developments and IP opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives as well as the x-functional team to reduce product cost and simplify the value chain improving long-term competitiveness of HPPA as well as delivering short term EBITDA value.
• Coordinate product line and production optimizations including localizations and recipe/raw material cost reductions with Manufacturing R&D and Procurement.
• Monitor key raw material cost trends and provide commercial/product guidance to GBD and RPMs.
• Partner with SCM and manufacturing to optimize OWC focusing on supply reliability and inventory levels.
• Drive long-term HPPA asset strategy including managing current and future tolling setups.
• Act as spider in the web for various product related related initiatives which require a global coordination (complaints launches rationalizations sustainability IP REACH).

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Masters degree in Chemistry Polymer Science Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in product management preferably in the plastics or PPA polymer industry.
• Strong understanding of polymer properties applications and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with product lifecycle management from conception to launch.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess market opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed to support product initiatives and customer engagements.
